KALNIK XL
Smart solution for highways
The KALNIK XL is a sturdy snow blade designed primarily for highway snow. It is designed for snowfall of large volumes of snow at high speeds. The movable left section allows the blade width to be easily changed from 4,000 to 5,000 m.
The cruising ability, the multiple sections, the spring connectors of the sections and the frame contribute to the safe use of the blade. For maximum snow removal efficiency on highways, the KALNIK XL blade is used in conjunction with the BSP side blade to create graduated snow levels.

MOUNTING PLATES
Enables the attachment of snow ploughs on vehicles in several ways – using different types of mounting plates for trucks and multi-purpose vehicles or by front three-point attachment on tractors.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE
Snow ploughs can be powered by an installed electro-hydraulic power unit (EHAG) or hydraulics of the vehicle on which it is mounted. EHAG is a simple solution for mounting ploughs on vehicles without hydraulic installations, while RASCO hydraulics are a simple and reliable solution for controlling snow ploughs.
EFFECIENCY
The horizontal axis rotation mechanism, the independent sections and the various types of nozzles offer comfortable and efficient work during snowfall.
SAFETY
In order for the snowplow to move safely on the roads, the snowplow blades can be equipped with raised headlights, additional reflective signs on the back of the blade and directional lights according to the KOK.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM
The snow ploughs can be powered by the Rasco electro-hydraulic power unit (EHAG) or by the hydraulic system of the vehicle in which they are mounted. EHAG is a simple solution for fitting blades to vehicles without plumbing.

INSTALLATION BASES - ADJUSTMENT TILES
Mounting bases allow quick and easy installation of snow plough and other accessories on all types of vehicles. All mounting bases are designed and manufactured according to current standards and vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
SAFETY
To ensure safe traffic flow, the snow ploughs can be equipped with raised headlights, additional reflective signs on the rear of the axle and direction indicator lights mounted on a luminaire.
CONTROL UNITS
ED 5
Basic control unit for single and dual circuit hydraulic systems. It is usually used to control the kit mounted on the front base (snow blade) and a salt dispenser. The snow plough can be raised, lowered, rotated and the cruising position can be activated.
EDH 15
Advanced control unit for single and dual circuit hydraulic systems. It supports the same functions as the EDH5 and in addition provides weight distribution control and two additional functions for use according to the user's needs.
EKH
The most advanced control unit for triple circuit hydraulic systems. Allows simultaneous control of three components (eg front snow blade, intermediate brush and salt dispenser).
